RIFP – Spring 2023 Awardee

SoN during UW Fitness Day 5.9.2023

The Whole U held a campus-wide workout to celebrate movement.  The event included:

• Coach Hopkins who started with enthusiasm, Husky spirit and engagement.
• Participants received a T-shirt and an exercise band
• Workout for Everyone (warm-up, upper body and exercise band work, lower body work, dance, yoga/core and meditation)
