UW Fitness Day
UW School of Nursing participated in the Whole U, campus-wide workout to celebrate movement. The event included:
- Coach Hopkins who started with enthusiasm, Husky spirit and engagement.
- Participants received a T-shirt and an exercise band
- Workout for Everyone (warm-up, upper body and exercise band work, lower body work, dance, yoga/core and meditation)
